HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Any regular priced item purchased as a Christmas gift as of November 1, 2024, can be returned for store credit or exchange, up until January 18th, 2025.

Seasonal & clearance items are FINAL SALE.

EXCHANGE /CREDIT POLICY:

We have a 30 day credit/exchange policy- effective the day your order is received.

  • Please contact us at finishing.touches@shaw.ca to initiate the return process.
  • Products must be in original condition with tags attached.
  • **ALL SALE ITEMS and all personal products (hair accessories, sunglasses, bath and body products and hats) are FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS 

EXCHANGE and STORE CREDIT POLICY for SHIPPED PRODUCTS:

(follow procedures above first)

  • shipping costs are at the expense of the customer
  • we recommend using tracked packages for returns- we are NOT responsible for items lost in transit
  • a gift card will be issued for your return once products are inspected and meet policy requirements
  • shipping charges are non refundable
  • exchanges may not always be available
  • in the event of an error, Finishing Touches will provide a refund

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

  • We will not offer any price adjustments.  Our sales are temporary and if the coupon code is not entered, price adjustments will not be provided.
